Everything has been organised, rooms booked, beds allocated, pizzas ordered & beer on its way! Room allocations as and the bus list & a general info sheet with everything you need to know about the weekend has been emailed. If anyone or anything has been missed please let Vicki know ASAP ([email protected]). As most people are driving, if anyone has a spare seat in their car or would like a lift again please let Vicki know & she will pass on details to the others. For those of you travelling by bus - its leaves at 6am sharp from the car park next to pool. Please make sure you are there by 5.45am to get bike & gear loaded so you don't 'miss the bus'!!!

CLUB UNIFORMS A reminder to anyone who has ordered club uniforms to please pick them up ASAP from Michelle Clarke. You can pick them up from Michelle at her workplace, Hair on the Promenade on Harbour Drive. Or contact Michelle at [email protected] to make an alternative arrangement. RSVP BY THURSDAY FOR PRESENTATION! The cut off date for RSVPs for the AGM & Presentation have been extended to Thursday 14th May. So if you haven’t yet decided, you have a little bit more time to let Karen and Kristy know you will be going and deposit your money into the club account. The event will be at Pasfields Restaurant on Friday 29th May 2015 at 6:15pm for the AGM and 7pm for the Presentation. Tickets for the bash are $30. Juniors are also very welcome! The special cost to kids is $15. So please RSVP to Karen by email at [email protected]. You can deposit your payment into the CHTC bank account, using your last name as the reference. AGM & COMMITTEE At the AGM, all current committee members will stand down from their positions and so all jobs are up for grabs! If you want to have a say in the way the club is run, this is your opportunity. There are several ways you can contribute to the club as a member of the committee. From President, Treasurer, Uniforms Officer, Handicapper, Publicity Officer, Social Committee to general committee members. There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes to keep the club moving forward and to make it a success. If you are interested in joining the committee, please let the current President Mick Dougherty at know by email at [email protected], so that you can be nominated at the AGM. This is especially important if you can’t make it to the AGM. CORE AND CONDITIONING COURSE By now we all know the benefits to be gained in triathlon by having a strong core. So to help put the theory into practice, Coffs Coast Health Club are putting on a Strength & Core Conditioning Course for Triathletes. The course will start on 20th May and run for 8 weeks, from 5:30am - 6:30am each week. The cost of $144 for the whole course is an exclusive price for CHTC members.
