Once again, it disappoints me to have to broach the subject about bike safety!
Given the enormous amount of work that goes into securing all the right licenses and approvals required to stage the season, we need you to follow rules, and while that is done on nearly every occasion, it only take 1 slip up to place the season in jeopardy.
One of the more important rules is you do NOT pass a fellow cyclist on the inside. As an experienced club member, the culprit should know better. With lots of new and inexperienced members racing, they look to seasoned members to lead the way.
Please consider all the other club members, past and present before you decide to do the wrong thing.
In closing, we welcome The Moonee Tavern as a first time sponsor of the club, it's a fantastic premises for young families, so check it out, and their huge meals .
Onwards and upwards
