Race Seven - Teams - 15 December 2019

What an amazing event today. There is no doubt the teams event is the perfect way to slide into the Xmas break.
The format is brilliant as it promotes a positive vibe and the encouragement shown today was outstanding.
Congratulations to the 27 teams that participated and raced in fantastic spirit.
Bragging rights this year are to Leon Petrohelos and Glen Barnett.
The untimed event for those that don’t have a handicap , 8 groups participated and Kayne Wells and Hudson Barry where the winners.
Shout out to president Paul Herring who sacrificed his entry so we could have even numbers👋
Special thanks to Mark James Garner for his guest presenting role, and an overwhelming number of members would like to see MG do this more often 😜😜
Thanks to Mick and Jukka Ylinen for their BBQ skills, we were all well fed.
As you witnessed this morning, it’s a massive effort to coordinate this event. Luckily David Leckenby and Mick Booth provided us with a calm and precise execution of getting it right.
Thanks to all of our volunteers for a mighty fine effort today.​
